Introduction：

This research group investigates the representation theory of groups, Lie algebra, Lie superalgebras and vertex operator algebras. Research topics include the use of group theoretic methods in geometry and applying the underlying algebraic structures to representation theory and mathematical physics, the investigations of the relationship between the representation theories of classical Lie algebras and Lie superalgebras and the structure theory of vertex operator algebras and their relationship with certain sporadic simple groups.
